They shouldn’t have added them to the poster in the first place. The moaning on here about EP is unbelievable though. Billie Eilish and the Killers have both headlined Glastonbury ffs. You’d think The Coronas were headlining the three nights to hear some people
I tried reading the article but all I saw was egg yolks on the knees curing something and my shocking horoscope.
EP having meh bands is par for the course isn’t it? They always have a pretty bland lineup, The Script fits the bill exactly.

I thought the blurred name was just an unusual band logo and I didn’t want to ask about it for fear of being perceived as out of touch with popular music.

Tbh that’s a cop out, the logo blurred out wasn’t even their logo.
If they wanted to hide the negative reaction towards the band, why didn’t they just announce it was TBC.
My guess is they had someone lined up who then pulled out, and then they scrambled to find a replacement before settling on The Script.
They booked someone else who pulled out. They then took on the script and the Academic with the money they saved from the cancellation
Ep is the guts of 200 a ticket these days right?
Comparatively I went to a festival in Spain this year.
The offspring, Robbie Williams, lizzo, queens of the stone age, red hot chilli peppers, Franz Ferdinand, Paulo nutini, the black keys, and the prodigy were a handful of the acts at it.
Tickets were 180.
Why the fuck are people paying for the literal shit fest that is EP these days? Last time I went there were problems with security causing a massive crush at billy eilish, the power going out at rave in the woods, causing all the scumbags to start throwing bottles at people in the dark. Plus the jimi Hendrix campsite may aswell be the front lines of Kherson with the shit I’ve seen in it. And I haven’t even started on how bland and generic the lineups have been for years
