  1. Fully realise we need thousands more of these types of initiatives to get things really moving, but this seems like someone somewhere is thinking in the right way.

  2. Mobile A and E Units for diagnosing UTIs and setting up drips would help, if it could be done. So many nursing homes don’t have the staff or insurance to run drips so their patients get sent to A and E. When admitted they’re usually confused, often fall and break bones, acquire hospital infections, then end up spending months in hospital for what was first just a UTI.

  3. Terrific, however, an X-ray means nothing without someone to read it. Is there going to be a consultant radiologist on these mobile X-rays ready to report on the scan for a quick turnaround?
