Sent as two packages from Germany to Czech.

Hermes is not communicating much. Now after month they claim BOTH packages are lost.

Can I go to police? Should not Hermes have camera in depo? Should not they be more active? Should not they try to investigate their warehouse at least? The seller is from Germany and he is actively solving it with Hermes, but they don’t communicate much. I had never such issue before, but this is my last business with Hermes.

By Czech law everything over 410 Eur is a crime and police must investigate. But I guess even as EU transfer, this would have to be investigated by police in Germany.

You wont be able to do anything since the person who is shipping the stuff to you is responsible. You have no Contract with Hermes.
