Wow, after reading the CPUs’ specifications, I seriously doubt anyone will buy those assets, except perhaps domestic buyers.
It didn’t went bankrupt. Former minority shareholder (less than 1%) /former owner сalled “Т-платформа” went bankrupt instead. Baikal chipmaker is now owned by de facto russian goverment.
