Take e-scooters and those dodgy e-bikes or should I say e-mopeds, the police knew/know what was happening and they could have nipped it in the bud but didn’t. Now the genie is out of the bottle and people are getting injured and even killed, take those lads in Cardiff, they’d still be alive if they weren’t out on an e-motorbike..
