Slovenia is quite surprising to me. Guess nowadays it’s due to the close proximity to Austria (?). But I can confirm. Multiple people such as hotel staff or train attendants spoke to me in German there when they saw my ID or heard my speak German with my gf

I guess it’s not statistically significant, but Luxemburg being lower than the Netherlands surprises me.
