I don’t know what’s up with Europeans and cocoa spreads either. The Dutch next door put chocolate sprinkles on their toast. It’s madness. It’s the max units you can buy from them at a single time. So the complete opposite of average. Where I live a lot of people will buy things like these for their small businesses when they are on sale.
