Hi everyone. In March, I moved out of my previous apartment. I received the Wohnungsübergabeprotokoll on the day I handed over the key. And it seems to be correct. Today, I have received this Rechnung regarding the repairs of the apartment, and I am asked to pay in full (758,98 euro). The problem is that the fridge was ok, and the washbasin in the bathroom was usable as well (it had a crack before I moved in, but I accidentally made another small crack). Do all the charges sound reasonable to you? Do I have to pay the paint, silicon (the landlord had the wall repainted)? Thank you and have a good day.
