There are two Garda stations within 600 meters of this location.
The fugitive had to pass between them to move in direction of the city centre.
Please note that fleeing the scene does not make sense if you own the vehicle as you can be identified by the license plate or the vehicle registration number on the frame.
Put together the pieces and we have that someone stole the motorbike, drove it around, crashed it into a van, caused a fire, fled the scene.
Not a good look for Dublin.
I feel sorry for lads getting their motorbikes robbed in Dublin and seeing the shits on social media with them. Any I’ve known with them tended to be very passionate about the bikes. I’d be the same about cycling, couldn’t care less about my car getting lifted but I’d lose the plot if someone robbed my bicycle.
