Hard to say without the header wether this mail is legitimate, but I’d never give out any password to anyone, especially not via email. And after googling what a Digilocker ist, that would be a big big no from me.
Edit: wtf, that entire website is shady af.

Well, how did the old world of Warcraft loading screen say: never give someone your account name and password. And legit Blizzard employees will also never ask for it.
I would take the same advise for any other website and service.
