The Hornet is a fine multi role aircraft but Ukraine should probably focus on one platform at a time.
Especially considering g they could potentially receive hundreds of F-16s eventually.
At the rate Russia is losing they probably won’t need them.

I like where their heart is, but those things are trashed. They literally are not safe to fly in a combat environment without major, MAJOR rebuilds.
The best ones were given to Canada as interim buys until they chose a replacement fighter, and the semi effective leftovers were going to be cannibalised to make flying air warfare fast jet OPFOR planes (with much cleaner performance so less stress on the platform).
