1. Some areas of the south west are definitely NOT following this trend. House prices here have done nothing but rise. People are still having bidding wars that result in decent houses going within a day or 2 for way above the already high asking prices

2. Yay. I’m happier every month I see a fall. The principles of interest rates are finally working in this country!
