Looks like the entrance to the Busaras – that corner is (literally) deadly
The whole area is closed off this morning. Announcements at Connolly Station that the Luas isn’t running between the Point and Abbey St due to an incident at Busaras.
Sad day for that person’s family.
I used to wait for a bus every day on Beresford pl. Absolutely horrible, dehumanising place. The road is about 6 lanes wide. No safe way for an actual human being to cross except to go massively out of your way. Not great when you’re trying to catch a bus. An elderly lady was killed there recently too as I recall.
