All these services can do is prescribe medication. That’s about it in a nutshell
Not just children. It’s fucked for adults.
Add it to the list of things this government have just not bothered with.
Yeah anyone who’s had a friend or family member unfortunate enough to be subjected to ‘treatment’ for mental health know how deplorable it is.
I likely have bipolar, me aul fella does. He told me do not disclose this to the doctors. He had to undergo a 2 week assessment or something like this – he said those 2 weeks deteriorated his mental health worse than anyone could imagine.
I absolutely believe him, there is no treatment here – only dosing you into a walking coma and that’s it.
Any service, period. We were on a 6 month waiting list for a pediatrician to help our child with walking problems. We switched to private, still ended up on a waiting list. Got one session done back in June, and we havent been able to get a 2nd one sorted. Thank feck her walking issues seems have corrected themselves (and we also practiced her walking a line)….
Why do you think we’re going to dealers for prescription drugs? Cuz they actually give us what we need…
Until you get a dodgy one and die that is. Ah well touch wood.
