Hi,
I had an unfortunate incident in my the apartment i’m renting. A power bank caught fire and caused small damage in the kitchen wood (attached photo) the damage is 4cmx4cm and the insurance is refusing to pay for it. How can i go around fixing it? Who should i hire or reach out to?
Any suggestions are welcome,

As you are renting, you need to talk to the landlord. The floor is not your property, you cannot decide how to fix this.
