  1. > The show had a Japan week in 2020, a German week in 2021, and faced a backlash after Mexican week last year.

    > Executive producer Kieran Smith told the Guardian: “We didn’t want to offend anyone but the world has changed and the joke fell flat.

Is it a joke? Showcasing other cultures.
    Oh well, never mind.

  2. Good, cringe fest stereotype parade averted. Hundreds of other themes available.

  3. The Mexican week was pretty atrocious, no one had a clue about the food. But people who act like it was a massive insult are soft as shit.

“omg I can’t believe they wore sombreros that’s so disrespectful”, like the whole world isn’t pissing itself at bad British teeth jokes all the time.

  4. > “The thing about Bake Off is that it absolutely represents inclusivity and diversity and tolerance and togetherness.”

Unless you’re shite at baking cakes, then the inclusivity and tolerance goes out the window.
