Posting this for people who haven’t and might experience this at some point especially during a time when it’s impossible to call for help.
So this happened at 6am today at my friend’s place. After I used the toilet, I don’t know if I’ve left the knob locked last night. We were almost an hour figuring how to open it, youtube here and there 😂 then suddenly she was just poking that white thing and turning it with the scissor then it unlocked!

The rectangle abloy keys fit into that almost perfectly and are easy way to open them as well
