I saw it many places in Finland, mostly around single-family houses, does it belong to someone? Looks like a big funnel for storing wheat?

  1. Those are usually used for filling up a machine that spreads gravel. So you put it under there and open the hatch. It can be filled with sand too but usually gravel in my experience

  2. Exactly those type of silos are also used by reindeer herders up north to store silage for reindeers. You pour it from there to your desired container and off you go to mix it with other stuff you plan to feed to them.
