So last year, I think, I posted some rifles in my college of the models that polish soldiers uses to defend Poland. People seemed to like it and my collection has expanded since then so I decided to post it again. From right to left
1: a originally German produced Gew98, built in 1904. After the first world War and the creation of independent Poland, somehow the rifle found itself in polish hands and was refurbished at F.B. radom. Later it fell into German hands and went through a rear sight update.
2: wz.91/98/25. After ww1 and the polish soviet war. The polish were left with many mosin nagant 1891 rifles. After choosing the mauser 98 rifle to standardize on the wz.91/98/25 rifles were converted from those mosin nagant rifles to match the mauser pattern as much as possible.
3. K98. The first polish production mauser 98 carbine. Unfortunately someone tried to turn this rifle into a hunting rifle, but im working on restoring it back into military configuration
4. Wz.29. It was an update from the k98az pattern of the polish k98 to a more Czech mauser style with still distinct polish features.
The pistol. This is a vis 35. A pre war polish pistol. Unfortunately mine is a German occupation production pistol, and in poor shape, but it still serves as an example of the polish pre war service pistol
Never forget
