This is actually really insane. He stole 4 billion dollars and they are only charging him with stealing 12 million. In order to end corruption people need to actually be held accountable for their thefts.
Maybe that’s the amount they have solid evidence for so they can detain him in case he runs, and they’re still investigating and will lay further charges later?
