After our stomach started to hurt, we went to the emergency room in the village. They called a surgeon and an ultrasound doctor from home for us. After the examination, they gave us an electronic referral to Chernihiv, as we do not have a pediatric surgeon locally. In Chernihiv, we were re-examined by a surgeon and tests were taken. My daughter was left in the hospital overnight to monitor her condition. Here is a photo of a normal hospital in Ukraine (because I think you have only seen the destroyed ones)

  1. Hope she will be okay, and hope your country will be okay!

Sounds lame, sorry! It feels pretty hopeless to watch what Russia is doing to Ukraine, but you all give us hope.

  2. It is important to remember what Ukraine is supposed to be like. That is a goal.
All the best to your daughter.

  3. I love that aquarium. I hadn’t thought of building an environment around the tank. Pretty slick
