Interesting to see that kind of information from Microsoft.
Unfortunately the war in Ukraine is probably a distraction now. The propaganda in the west, greed by corporations, and serious immigration issues has turned a 3rd of the west into extreme right wingers who sympathetic towards Russia.
They might be on the path to beating us this time. I get that most don’t care about Africa, but it’s a population of over a billion people with resources that’s working with Russia, the Middle East, South America, and China. That’s a lot of human capital with access to wealth and current technology that will jumpstart any lagging economy.
That could be a major problem in the future for us and we’re to busy fighting each other to not care.
