I know H is for Hydrant and Sv is for Sluice Valve. I’ve googled and done a reverse image search but nothing has come up.
If anyone knows, please put me out of my misery.

    Possibly siphon.

  3. As its right by a river, I’d guess at siphon. Pure guess though.

  4. Looks like two 450 diameter pipes, s for stormwater.

    That’s my guess

  5. I think AV stands for Aqua Vita and is for the fire service to use .
