1. Seriously how is this allowed to continue?

2. Under what other circumstances would some weirdo be allowed to lurk around a school full of kids at his leisure?

3. To be honest we live in a society that still doesn’t know how to handle non-violent mental illness. I recall when I used to attend Mass that there was a former priest that would loudly recite the mass down the back for the entire thing such that you couldnt even here the real priest, no one ever stopped him or asked him to leave.
   I think in cases like this people just dont know what to do if the mentally ill person is a non-violent one.

They should make some kind of therapy farm down the country where people who need help like this guy can reflect, paint, grow things, make furniture, whatever, look after themselves to the extent their able with an appropriate mental health support team and a staff to keep the whole thing ticking over

   Letting the guy haunt a school isn’t the right solution
