If male guard had sex with female prisoners paper wouldn’t be calling it “hooking up” with an inmates but “sexual abuse”.

However, I will say that prison staff are woefully underpaid and they could address this quite quickly by introducing good pay and formal qualifications to the roles. I worked with many wonderful people over the years in prisons but they were without a doubt some of the least work ready people I’ve ever met.
That’s what happens when you’ve got so many dicks under one roof.

A prisoner is the ultimate bad boy. Putting women in with inmates is a recipe for disaster..
They do hire some fucking hotties. Then again I was locked up for 8 months… but damn. Some of the guards in HMP Winchester… Jesus. And flirting with all the prisoners. Wild stuff. No surprise really.
Let’s call a spade a spade and not a shovel…THIS IS SEXUAL ABUSE OF POWER… if a male guard did that to a female prisoner all the papers and media would start a bonfire. Why should it be different for women? What happened to equal rights, treatment and justice.
This is why we can’t trust women in positions of authority lol
With half the prison service being in the employ of organised crime gangs, it does not surprise me that the prison service has all kinds of problems with rule-breaking.
I’ll be brutally honest here, i find it awfully strange why a woman would want to be a prison officer in a men’s jail, i’ve had (online) arguments with women that are and they say it’s just a job that pays that bills but i’m yet to get an objective response after highlighting the other options. Nurses, psychologists etc i understand but prison officer?
Maybe, just maybe we shouldn’t be allowing female staff access to the prisoners then? This is literally happening every few months at this prison. It would be simple to stop but I’m guessing the pay is too crap to entice a lot of people.

Everyone calling this sexual abuse of inmates is reaching. Prisoners do this deliberately to get officers in their pocket. They want sex, and they want someone they can control. The only person with power in these dynamics is the convict.
Why’s everybody arguing regarding rape? It’s just a bunch of stupid women humping inmates. If your banged up for many years. A female prison guard giving an inmate the eye and making it clear they are up for a no pants dance is going to happen. Have you not noticed on the prison video clips it looks like a Butlins.
I feel like many women go into the field not because they hate crime or care about justice, but because they are interested in and sympathetic to criminals.
