>’We will manage to feminise politics and we will put an end to this phallocentric politics that fuels misogyny.’
And the people spouting these kinds of phrases get to decide what hatespeech is… Wolves in sheeps clothing.
Hate speech is such a broad term that everything can be branded as such. Pandora Papers? Yeah that’s hate speech against politicians. They worked so hard to steal those money and now you will come forward and start writing this disgusting hate speech against them? Right to jail!
Hate crime on a list of EU crimes? How does that fit within the subsidiarity principle? Is there any reason to do this on the European level instead of the national level? I am all for anti-hate crime legislation, but I don’t see how this would need to be solved at the EU level.
A bigger issue is the definition of hate speech. What if the word Christmas will be considered hate speech? Wait, this was happening a few month ago
Lol Europe, freedom of speech not guaranteed, wait till they come after reddit.
>We are fighting for feminist politics; we are tired of testosterone and
I think that testosterone is probably around to stay.
>**Testosterone** is the primary sex hormone and anabolic steroid in males. In humans, testosterone plays a key role in the development of male reproductive tissues such as testes and prostate, as well as promoting secondary sexual characteristics such as increased muscle and bone mass, and the growth of body hair. In addition, testosterone in both sexes is involved in health and well-being, including moods, behaviour, and in the prevention of osteoporosis. Insufficient levels of testosterone in men may lead to abnormalities including frailty and bone loss.
There is a difference between hate speech and speech that you hate.
Now all speech is a hate speech if some people do not like it or agree with, but it only applies to special categories of people.
Europe is full of democracies that supposedly are dictated by the people’s will, but stuff like this is NEVER put on a wider vote.
