I saw a apartment which I liked but it has electric heating.
Due to electric heating, EPC was given E-(instead of C).
Apartment is in middle of big building so good insulation. Whole building has electric heating (no gas).
What do you suggest ? Is it good to go or electric heating is too expensive and not a viable option

Personal experience: I rented an appartment which had accumulators in the living spaces, but the smaller rooms (bed/bath) had these small things and they really were never able to properly heat up the room. YMMV
