I had the same in my flat. It’s a water heater switch with a timer. If you click on it once it goes to 1/4 and then again it goes 1/2 etc. That is the time you wish to run the water heater.
In any case with this much sun you don’t need to use at all.
The machine will automatically turn off in the selected number of hours . Usually connected to ACs
