I moved here some months ago from Portugal and I’m forced to travel often for work, occasionally I take my large luggage.
They mishandled my large luggages every single time.
They’ve broken 2 of them already.
What’s happening? Is this normal?
This time they even removed my personal identification and broke the tag, see picture

    I’ve had one of those luggage tags, and they’re rubbish. Mine survived exactly one trip before looking like yours.
