[Question] Hej! Can someone explain to me why some cars (especially Volvos) have these inlets/ boxes in their trunk?

1. It’s an a tractor and some of the old rules for a-tractors required then to have something like that

2. The car is registered as a tractor (you can get a license for driving a tractor at 15 as opposed to the car license at 18) and since a tractor is supposed to be able to pull things rather than carrying them onboard you have to remove/block off excess seating and luggage space. The small box space in the picture is meant for ballast weights, to improve traction when needed, but since the kids almost never pulls anything with their “tractor” you rarely see any ballast weights in the ballast weight space either.

5. Because they choose to destroy a perfectly fine car and just take up space in traffic

6. if they have that triangle and aren’t in fact a tractor, they’re most likely a douchebag
