Hi, I would like some help figuring out the ingredients of a sandwich from Bobis please.
I travelled to Croatia almost a year ago and it was an amazing experience. While I was there, I went to the Bobis bakery quite a few times for their sandwiches because it was amazing. The vegetables were so fresh and crispy.
Since then, I’ve tried to replicate it without complete success. I’ve gotten close, but no dice.
I did not remember the exact ingredients and I did not take a picture. Can anyone help me find the ingredients please?
The sandwich was salami based, and then had tomatoes, lettuce, and some type of cheese (goat?). The cheese and the bread (and possibly any dressing) are what I am unable to figure out.
