Does this seem like a legit German Rental Contract? I am a student from Azerbaijan and I am looking for a place in Frankfurt. I asked for a rental on a Facebook page and some guy gave me a different email address to ask. Is this a normal contract? it seems like a scam. PS: I have landlord’s ID
