Ukraine ranks first among NATO partner states in this regard, even surpassing the performance of some member states. By the end of 2023, we plan to have adopted and implemented approximately 200 more standards.”
by the end of the year, when russia has decided to retreat behind the Ural mountains, we (NATO) will politely ask Ukraine if they feel NATO is ready to join Ukraine.
