6. So how do we know this was Romanian territory? It’s an explosion filmed at night, with little landmarks or identifying features.

   Not saying it’s not true, but also not saying this is actual proof.

9. It probably did hit Romania’s territory, but instead of acknowledging it outright they will probably talk with NATO members, to determine if it’s worth activating article 5 or supply Ukraine with more powerful weapons. I expect Russia will get hit hard in the coming days as a response.

10. Seems the statement is deliberately vague – that the attacks “posed no direct military threat”. Could well mean a drone did fall and explode, but accidentally.
