Living near the frontline means no access to hospitals or pharmacies for civilians. Hear from two ladies who have used the SP4U Mobile Clinic on how the clinic helps them. You can help our volunteers keep the clinic going by going to sp4ukraine.org and donating. Any amount helps!

  1. SP4U is an all volunteer organization that assists the most vulnerable Ukrainians. We help people leave Ukraine and get to safe destinations and for those who choose to stay we help make their lives as safe and comfortable as possible.

One of our programs is the Mobile Clinic, which visits towns and villages near the front line in eastern Ukraine. We have an ambulance that uses a starlink to connect to doctors in the USA through [telehelpukraine.com](https://telehelpukraine.com) to provide medical appointments. People in need of further care are transported to hospitals in larger cities. Ukraine’s health care system needs to focus on soldiers but after 1.5 years of full-scale war, many people living near the front in Ukraine have a serious need for medication and treatment.

Do you want to help keep this program going? This is entirely funded by small donations and any amount helps. Donations cover fuel, vehicle repair, medications, medical treatment, and any other supplies needed for the program. We are all-volunteer and nothing goes to salaries. You can donate to this program via a direct link at sp4ukraine.org
