I saw this building in the movie Coldest Game.
Almost /r/evilbuildings with the lighting.
I think it looks nice. In Moscow there are 7 HUGE buildings made in this style and they look really good. I think some of the soviet architecture was beautiful.
I sure hope the Ghostbusters are nearby just in case.
The communists surely knew how to build spectacular buildings.
Looks like a big-ass rocket with boosters. Yellow/orange lighting at the bottom just adds to the effect – resembles exhaust right after ignition.

Originally was white. But nobody washed it ever.
