Airlines could face crackdown on hidden fees

  1. Airline fees are mostly fairly transparent these days, although they could be more upfront in the booking process you can usually get on a flight for the advertised price.

Concert tickets on the other hand are an absolute nightmare, booking fees, venue fees, historic building repairs, more booking fees…often completely unavoidable.

You shouldn’t be allowed to advertise something at a price you can’t get it for.

  2. “Could” is useless. It’s journo code for speculation that 99% of the time won’t happen or a PRs wheeze to sound like their organisation is going to do something when they won’t.

  3. There not hidden. Easyjet and Ryanair ask you a million times if you want x, y, z extra before paying

Speedy boarding tho, never got the point of that. Last flight i got there were so many speedy boarders queuing at the front of the plane to get on, i went to the back where my seat was and got on before them
