Defund arts and humanities programs. If people want to study it, they can do it out of their own pocket. Why am I paying for these people? It’s quite frankly very irritating.

I doubt this is constitutional. The German Supreme Court (Bundesverfassungsgericht) has decided on other occasions that positive affirmative action is not constitutional. Perhaps it depends on weighing considerations in a specific case, though.
From what I understand, said exhibition is for BIPoC only: black, indigenous and people of color. This is taking place in Germany, so it’s ok for black, Germans and people of color (sounds like a bright idea). While us, Latin Europeans are not welcomed though.

Anyways, this inflammatory decision is only meant to get attention.
How will they decide who’s white and who’s not? What about mixed people? Do they have special lit room with color palette scanner and brackets of white under which each person is classified as “too white” or “not white enough to be considered white”?
