A fascist page posted on Facebook that they’re organizing an anti-Migrant march outside the Presidential Palace in Nicosia on Wednesday at 7:30. To vulnerable and targeted communities (immigrants, non-Greek speaking Cypriots), please stay indoors Wednesday evening until Thursday morning. Avoid Central Nicosia, Agios Omologites, the Old Town, Ledra street, Ledra Palace and avoid using the checkpoints.

If you need to go anywhere, please go in a group and let your friends and family know your location. Please keep in mind the emergency numbers.

If you see suspicious movement of organised violent groups please document it, call the police, and then post immediately details and the location on Cyprus Helping Refugees or send a private to Generation for Change CY page.

Do not order delivery, particularly Foody and Wolt as this puts delivery workers at higher risk.

Spread the message to everyone you know. The episodes of Limassol could have been a lot worse if we didn’t already know in advance.

The page is saying that the “protest” will be “peaceful” with speeches planned. Do not let that derail you from spreading the word and preparing for the worst.

We really need the protection of people who adhere to whiteness right now.

    I have never been afraid of immigrant/migrants etc as much as i am afraid of fellow Cypriots.

  10. Scaring people for absolutely no reason. I keep away from any demonstration and I’m a Greek speaking Cypriot. This is common sense and applies to any country you visit.

  17. There are rumors that ELAM will attack in groups on Wednesday. So be careful. The protest was cancelled but rumors say the attack will happen.
