Strange he wasn’t found until 13 hours later. Overpoort -> Plateau (where he was found) route is a very busy area. I doubt there weren’t any witnesses.
edit: also, his “kot” was apparently near the station which is not on the Overpoort -> Plateau route

Are there surveillance camera’s in the Overpoort?
Sat next to him in class for 2 years. Very sociable and friendly guy. Wouldn’t hurt a fly but did like a drink. Might be an accident or being at the wrong place at the wrong time. Mostly him not being found in the centre of gent for 12 hrs makes me think of him encountering people with bad intentions. Haven’t talked to him in over a year and hearing this on the news is fucking with my head a little.
