Hello everyone,
Our guests misused the balcony door and they falsely force it. The door doesn’t open when in that position (see picture) it’s locked from the bottom, but it can open when tilting as before.

Please suggest me how to fix it, if you had such situation before. Meanwhile I posted a request on MyHammer.

  1. Try to push the the door wing into the frame (not to break it but with a bit force) and twist the handle. It that way you should be able to close it properly and then try to open it
