Hey guys need advice
I’m just not sure where should i ask and you probably could advise on that. Back in May my bike felt when i was opening a my doors in front on the house. And it scratched a neighbour car. Very sligthy but still, i called her doorbell and told what happend, she told that she is going to take care of it tommorow, didn’t even came down. So i left a note under her wipers with my phone number. She said that she will visit a mechanic and tell me later the cost. But she basically when silent until today when she had some blank papers from insurance company to fill in regarding the “collsion”. But it was not a car collison so there wasn’t the way to fill it as i don’t have insurance on my bike. She said that she will call the insurance company again for that. I’m just little worried that from this scratch insurance company will be claiming something like putting a new door, or something crazy. I’m sure i’m overeacting but it just got me little worried. Since i don’t have a insurance on a bike, i’m not sure how does it work here in belgium. And what to do when she will present me some papers to sign…

It doesn’t look that small to be honest, more like a scratch down to the primer and a (small) dent.
It won’t be a new door, but it’s still a fair bit of work to fix properly. Sand, fill, prime, spray. They might need to spray the entire door to get something acceptable.
With regards to your insurance, if you don’t have insurance in general you’re responsible for the financial consequences of your own actions.
