I was wondering how a challenger 2 was defeated in combat. I guess it still hasn’t been technically since it was abandoned.
Isn’t there a fire suppression system in those vehicles ?

Interesting account however until we see the actual footage of the Lancet strike; something that should be plastered all over Telegram by now I reserve judgement.
I saw some comments that after the mine strike the crew bailed out,due to where the Chally was on the battlefield they were concerned about it being captured more or less intact. Hence they set it on fire to prevent that from happening.
I suspect we will find out soon enough
