Isn’t that a bit of an exaggeration ..35C is hot but “extreme” ?
Just curious, what will that do to your wine harvest? If it is not done yet? (Here it used to me mid September, but now it is done earlier and it is probably all done already). Very bad, dying grapes, or very good, giving them a last boost of sugar?

keep in mind that the presented temperature is usually measured in the shade under a tree, so if you’re anywhere near asphalt and out in the sun it can easily be 40+ celcius
