
I seriously haven’t seen anyone in Poland using any other setting on the oven than the “fan” one. Maybe sometimes occasionally I see conventional (top/bottom) setting used but that’s already pretty rare.
Have you seen anyone using any setting besides those 2?
Is it simply Polish thing to do or is it like that globally in your opinion?

I don’t understand the use of top / bottom settings, cookies ? pizzas ? defrosting ? I don’t know.
Fan setting is the best for most cases. There’s also rotisserie mode for the lucky ones.
When I cook pizza I use bottom with fan so top is not burn
