Call me what you want, the guy should have stepped down after the incident as his behaviour was not up to the standards of his job and position.

Im shocked people don’t understand sexual assault and rape are separate crimes.
Just because he didn’t rape her doesn’t mean he hasn’t committed an offence in many European countries. Including Spain.
