Hello, this is a bit of a bizarre request and post but I am very curious to know what kind of owl visited my balcony late at night. It does not look that big but believe me when I say it was at least 40 cm tall. It does not look like any owl I have seen. Is it an escapee from the zoo? (Sorry for the terrible quality, I was scared it would fly away, it was such a beautiful creature. I hope it visits again!).
