I’m looking for alternatives to Deutsche bank. We have been with them for 10 years, and they do don’t things better than others. Overall we think we can get better service. Do you have recommendations? I’ve heard good thing about [GLS bank](https://www.gls.de/unternehmen-institutionen/), they invest only in green projects for example. I don’t know how well they do day-to-day operations. It’s important they offer online banking in English.
It’s basically impossible to talk to a person in DB anymore. Things like buying gold or different currency are painful. Outside of business accounts, I’ve seen what modern banks like N26 and Revolut can do. DB feels like a musket compared to a satellite armed with a laser 😊
