  1. Brrrrrrrt….brrrrrt….😁. Greetings from Germany. Love the Gepardsound.

  2. Beautiful. If that’s the new ammo, looking like it will be *a hit*.

  3. Always brings a smile to my face seeing a Gepard in action.

I had the opportunity to sit in a Gepard while I did my army service in Germany, mid 1990s.

  4. Sadly, I see here a clear “victory” for Russia. They use cheap drones to immobilize guepards far from the front.

In the meantime, guepards don’t do their job: protecting the troops in the front line and block rusky drones to help artillery to pintpoint ukrainian troops.

Costly strategy for Ukraine. But I understand the lack of choice.. protecting civilian lifes is paramount and show again if needed the difference with Russia.

  5. Looked like they didn’t get a drone, but 2… that we saw…

  6. I can’t help but feel like everyone will be reconsidering the idea that anti-aircraft gun platforms like the Gepard are obsolete. They’re perfect for combating the type of drone warfare being seen.

  7. I’ve been hoping to see more Gepard video and I’m so glad that they have been useful in Ukraine. Thanks, Germany!

  8. there is nothing kamikaze about that drone, it is a precision guided munition

  9. The accuracy seems incredible versus drones, would be nice to see what it would do to few helis or jets that gets lost lol

  10. Good job Ukraine…much love from USA keep protecting your land and freedom

  11. Each round costs around 40 to 200 dollars. 1100 round per minute or 18 per second. Shared costs around 10k to 20k each

  12. What an efficient and effective piece of kit those Gepards are! Ukrainian operators compliment them very nicely.

  13. The amazing thing is, when the gepards were designed drones (of this size and speed) were unthinkable. Yet he manages to track and hit these tiny targets anyway.

  14. Hit it with the first burst both times. (The shells from the second burst can be seen detonating separately.) I suppose they determined it is worth always firing two bursts, even if the first has high probability of kill.

  15. Looks a lot cheaper than a missile, especially if the results can be easily replicated.

  16. If this was Let’s Make a Deal, I’d still be saying “Monty, I think I’m going to stick with the “Ukraine does not need Gepards b/c Russia has been teleported to Mars” package deal.”

    Fuck Putin. Slava Ukraini.

This is grim. But the result is inevitable. Then the Gepards rest.
