I am sure it is going to get lost, but both Starlink terms of service and ITAR federal laws prohibit Starlinks phased array antenna and service from being used for weapons.
The Ukraine military can and have used Starlink command and control or communications, they are not allowed to put a Starlink dish in a drone and then use it to deliver an explosive.
